Invite helpers to a tournament without losing control
Give other people access to the event while keeping the right level of control over setup and matchday changes.
What you will do
Helpers are useful when setup is stable and you want extra hands on teams, results, or matchday admin.
Before you start
- Decide what the helper actually needs to do.
- Invite people after the core setup is stable.
- Make sure the helper will use the same email address that receives the invite.
How to do it
- 1Open the tournament access area from the tournament workspace.
- 2Choose the right access level for the helper.
Keep permissions narrow where possible.
- 3Send the invite and ask the helper to accept it from the invited email address.
- 4Check that the helper can open the tournament before matchday.
Check you are ready
- The helper received the invite at the correct email address.
- The helper can open the tournament workspace after accepting.
- The helper has only the access they need.
