Sign in and keep organiser access simple

Keep the right organiser account in use and avoid the common access mistakes that cause confusion later.

What you will do

Most access problems come from using the wrong account, email address, or browser session.

Before you start

  • Use one main organiser email for the event where possible.
  • Check whether you are signing in as the owner or as a helper.
  • If someone else created the tournament, make sure they have invited you first.

How to do it

    Sign in with the account that owns or has been invited to the tournament.

    Open the admin area and confirm the tournament appears in your organiser workspace.

    Use one browser session per account.

    Use a second browser profile if you genuinely need another account open.

    Check invites and roles before assuming the tournament is missing.

Check you are ready

  • You can see the tournament in the correct organiser account.
  • You know whether you are the owner, co-admin, or support role.
  • You are not mixing multiple organiser accounts in one session.
